Liftoff is seeking a Commercial Legal Counsel to join our in-house team, based in London or remotely within the United Kingdom. You will help drive commercial contracting across vendor, customer, and licensing agreements while ensuring policy compliance and risk controls.
You’ll draft, review, and negotiate contracts, collaborate with sales, product, finance and engineering, maintain the contract system, and contribute to templates and training.
