UK People Ops Partner — Remote & Impactful HR

Reserv is seeking an HR Business Partner to support every employee in the UK, overseeing onboarding through day-to-day HR support, and partnering with leadership. This fully remote role requires empathy, organization, and strong problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

You will drive recruitment, performance management, policy development, and compliance with UK employment law, ACAS codes, and GDPR, while fostering an inclusive, remote-first culture and leveraging data to inform decisions.
