Station Manager: Lead High-Impact Fire & Rescue Teams

WFS Patron is seeking a Station Manager within the Greater Manchester area to lead and support operational incidents, plan activities and allocate resources effectively. You will develop teams, drive performance and influence decision making while mentoring colleagues to achieve organisational goals.

The role requires proven experience as a Wholetime Watch Manager or Station Manager in a UK Fire and Rescue Service, with strong leadership, communication and change-management skills.
