Independent Chair for FMCG Growth & Heritage Brand

Wilkin & Sons, the iconic Tiptree brand, seeks its first external independent Chair. The role will be based in the UK, with an anticipated start in March 2027 and a commitment of approximately 3–4 days per month to guide governance and strategic direction for the business.

The Chair will bring deep FMCG and consumer experience, independent perspective, and the ability to challenge constructively to help Wilkin & Sons realise its growth ambitions while preserving heritage and community values.
