Family Reunification Specialist – Child & Parent Support

Somerset County Council is recruiting a Family Intervention Worker to support reunification efforts for children and families across West Somerset, Taunton and Bridgwater. The role involves intensive direct work with children and carers, collaborative planning with advanced practitioners and other workers, and delivering specialist interventions to promote safe home environments.
