Job Description:
B&Q Designate Trading Team Manager role based in the Crawley/Leatherhead area offers a permanent contract with 36.75 hours per week. You will lead a high performing team on the sales floor, drive stock management, promotions and customer service while coaching colleagues to deliver better results.
You’ll gain exposure to multiple stores during a 3–6 month designate phase and may travel within 50 miles. Salary up to £33,000 plus bonus and pension, with 6.6 weeks holiday.
