Mobile Deputy Group Chef – Multi-Site Leadership

Hertfordshire Catering Ltd (HCL) seeks a Deputy Group Chef to manage mobile kitchens across Hemel Hempstead, Tring, and Aylesbury. This field-based role reports to the Group Chef and supports staffing, food safety, and site transitions.

You will lead a mobile workforce, ensure high standards of food quality and allergen control, and help with recruitment and onboarding. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel are required; 35-hour weeks with term-time plus one week days.
