Location: Stevenage, Hitchin & TCC CampusesSalary: £27,000 – £33,530 FTE per annum + PensionHours: We have 3 Full Time roles, all 37 hours per weekContract: PermanentNorth Hertfordshire College is looking for a passionate and proactive Progress and Inclusion Lead to play a key role in ensuring every student has the support, guidance and opportunities they need to succeed.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and deliver high-quality tutorials focused on progress, wellbeing and employability.
- Monitor attendance, engagement and achievement data to identify students who need additional support.
- Coordinate interventions and support services to improve outcomes.
- Build positive relationships with students, parents/carers and colleagues.
- Support learners to overcome academic, personal, social and emotional barriers.
- Promote progression into further study, apprenticeships and employment.

You’ll be an excellent communicator with strong coaching and mentoring skills, experience supporting learners to achieve positive outcomes, and a genuine commitment to inclusion and student success.
