Assistant Service Manager – Lead Care & Team Support

Cartrefi Cymru Co-operative in Ewloe, Flintshire, seeks an Assistant Service Manager to support the Service Manager, lead a compassionate, person‑centred team and help people we support to live independent, fulfilling lives.

You’ll work 37 hours a week with some weekends and sleep-ins, earn about £29,150 per year, with 55p per mile travel and a benefits package including 25 days leave (30 after five years), pension and wellbeing programmes.
