Employment Rights Adviser (Legal) – PT/FT Roles

Consult is seeking members’ advisers to support members on employment issues. You will join a team of advisers providing guidance on workplace rights and negotiations.

The role includes delivering legal advice on signing proposed settlement agreements as the Relevant Independent Adviser under section 203 Employment Rights Act, 1996. 1.6 FTE vacancies are available, with both full-time and part-time roles.
