Senior Social Worker – Physical & Sensory Impairments (Hybrid)

Essex County Council is seeking a Senior Social Worker in the Physical & Sensory Impairments team to provide expert guidance, manage a complex caseload and mentor colleagues. The role supports adults with diverse needs, balancing independence with safeguarding.

You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, travel around Essex, and participate in multi-agency partnerships to ensure high-quality, person-centered care and compliance with the Care Act and related standards.
