Leisure Groups Reservations & AR Manager

ibis London Heathrow Airport is seeking a Reservations & Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee the hotel’s reservations function with a strong focus on leisure groups, while managing accounts receivable and credit control activities.

This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build relationships with guests, tour operators, and travel partners. You will collaborate with Front Office and other departments to maximise occupancy and revenue.
