Remote Senior Portfolio Accountant – Residential Properties

Rendall & Rittner is seeking a Senior Portfolio Accountant to manage end-to-end accounting for a portfolio of residential developments. You will partner with property managers and clients, ensuring service charge finances, reserves and project spend are accurate, compliant and transparent.

This is a hands-on, stakeholder‑facing role in a dynamic, people‑led culture. You will own budgets, forecasts and year‑end processes, delivering robust financial narratives and proactive controls.
