Head of Communications & Brand Storytelling

Pact is seeking a Head of Communications on a maternity leave cover to lead our communications function at a strategic level. You’ll shape our voice, drive bold campaigns, and ensure a clear, compassionate narrative rooted in lived experience across all channels.

You will oversee digital platforms, brand development, and content that engages staff, volunteers, and service users, while reporting to the Executive Team and shaping the organisation’s direction.
