Commercial Solicitor (Commercial, Technology and IP)

The firm

A well established full service firm with several offices across the North West. It acts for businesses and individuals and has a loyal local client base.

The role

You will draft and review commercial agreements including supply, distribution and services contracts, and technology contracts such as SaaS and cloud agreements. You will advise on data protection, support the corporate team on transactions and help build client relationships.

What you will need

Experience in commercial law with exposure to IT, technology and intellectual property work. Good drafting and negotiation skills.
