Devon Partnership NHS Trust seeks an experienced Senior Estates Officer – Capital Projects to drive major and minor capital works within the Capital Team. You will deliver an annual programme to improve safety, compliance, and value for money across the Trust estate.

You will lead capital projects, coordinate input from APs, and ensure projects transition smoothly to the Estates operations team, maintaining safe environments for patients and staff.
