Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a portfolio of Healthcare and Protection clients with ongoing service
• Ensure profitability of the portfolio and expand service delivery where appropriate
• Manage and develop strong client relationships and win new business; collaborate with internal teams to meet client plans

Key requirements

• Previous Healthcare or Group Risk related experience
• Financial and Commercial acumen (including fee negotiation skills)
• Strong relationship management skills
• Inter-personal, communication and time management skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Self-driven and motivated
• Desire to provide exceptional customer service
