Regional Manager

Overview

Lead regional efforts to grow international student recruitment and partnerships in East and South East Asia within Leeds Beckett’s International Recruitment and Partnerships team. Drive expansion of Transnational Education (TNE) activities and strengthen partnerships with agents, partners, and stakeholders. Expect overseas travel and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent student-focused service. Help shape regional strategy aligned with university goals and revenue from international activity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional recruitment strategy for East and South East Asia
• Develop and maintain international partnerships and TNE initiatives
• Coordinate with agents, partners, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality student services
• Travel overseas as required to support recruitment and partnership activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align regional goals with university strategy

Key requirements

• Significant experience in a Higher Education Institution or similar
• Knowledge of international student recruitment and partnership development
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship management
• Customer service focus for students, parents, agents, and partners
• Willingness to travel internationally
