Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all project phases from inception to completion
• Create comprehensive plans with timelines, budgets and resource allocation
• Coordinate with architects, engineers and subcontractors to meet specifications
• Perform regular site inspections and oversee quality control
• Communicate updates and address stakeholder concerns
• Foster a positive, productive team environment and motivate the team
• Identify and mitigate risks and ensure safety compliance and standards

Key requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
• Strong understanding of construction processes, PM methodologies, and relevant regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and inspire teams
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• A relevant degree or certification in project management or a related field is preferred
