Bilingual Care Companion – English & German (Part-Time)

Carrot is seeking a compassionate Care Companion to support members in English and German, with emphasis on Urdu-speaking clients. This part-time role (20 hours/week) combines remote work with a London-on-site start, and a late-afternoon to evening schedule. Training runs 12–16 weeks, 2:00 pm–6:00 pm GMT, weekdays.

You will guide members through fertility and family-building journeys, handle inquiries, and document interactions in Zendesk. Experience in fast-growing digital health is a plus.
