The firm

A well established full service firm with offices across the East Midlands. It advises businesses and individuals and has grown steadily over recent years.

The role

You will handle incoming enquiries from new clients by phone and email, work out what they need, book them in with the right lawyer and keep the CRM accurate. You will work closely with the legal teams and help improve the enquiry process.

What you will need

One to three years in a client facing or business development role, clear communication and good IT skills including Microsoft Office and a CRM. Experience in a law firm is a plus.
