Part-Time Fertility Clinic Patient Support Specialist

TFP Belfast Fertility is seeking a Patient Support team member to provide excellent customer care and efficient administration for patients at the Belfast clinic. You will be the central point for patients, staff and visitors, handling enquiries in person, by telephone and by email.

Role focuses on delivering a first-class patient experience, assisting with funding, appointments, tests and steps in the fertility journey, and working with satellite services to ensure timely responses.
