Hybrid Booking Officer – Specialist (24h/wk)

Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Specialist Booking Officer (Band 3) for the Central Booking Office. The role is 24 hours per week, requiring accurate booking, waiting list management, and liaison with clinical teams.

You will monitor referrals, manage clinic capacity, and ensure waiting time targets are met while delivering a supportive service to patients, relatives, and carers. The post includes a Monday/Friday shift across 4 or 5 days.
