Contract Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Joiner to carry out a variety of joinery tasks focused on repair and maintenance.

The role involves working onsite in both occupied and void accomodation,

Work is to be completed to a high standard with attention to health and safety regulations.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, able to work independently or as part of a team, and demonstrate excellent workmanship and customer service skills.

Skills:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Joiner
• First and second fix joinery expertise
• Ability to install and repair doors, frames, skirting, architraves
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
• Ability to work in occupied properties with professionalism
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Use of hand and power tools

Certifications & Standards:

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Carpentry & Joinery
