We’re recruiting experienced Sewing Machinists to join a well-established manufacturer of specialist disability aids in Ledbury. The products you create help individuals maintain independence and improve their quality of life.

This is a long-term opportunity with the potential to secure a permanent position for the right candidate.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Operating sewing and embroidery machines
• Following technical drawings and specifications
• Manufacturing covers for chairs, seat cushions, slings and other mobility and disability aids
• Carrying out quality inspections to ensure products meet high standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous sewing machine experience is essential
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to follow technical drawings and instructions
• Reliable and committed approach to work

Hours & Pay:

• Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Friday: 8:00am – 1:00pm
• £13.50 per hour
• Overtime paid at £20.25 per hour after 37.5 hours worked
