Assistant Home Manager, Children & Disability Care

Rochdale Council in Greater Manchester is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to work in one of our children’s homes for young people with disabilities. You will support care staff, promote wellbeing and inclusion, and ensure high standards of person-centred care.

The role requires at least 2 years’ experience with children and young people, NVQ/Diploma Level 3 or equivalent, and ideally Level 4 or 5 leadership qualifications.
