Oaklea Dementia Care Unit, part of Willinbrook Healthcare and operated by Care Concern Group, seeks a Senior Care Assistant to deliver high quality, person-centred care for residents with dementia and complex needs. You will manage your shift, supervise care colleagues, and ensure accurate records and safe care delivery, including medication administration.
The role requires SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (Level 3 desirable), medication competency, and proven experience leading a care team.
