Overnight Support Worker for Teen with Complex Needs

Active Care Group is seeking a dedicated overnight care professional to support a teenage girl with complex health needs in her family home in Lincolnshire. The role requires staying awake during the night (11pm–8am) to assist with personal care, mobility, and management of clinical equipment, alongside another support worker.

Full specialist training provided. You will join a stable care team, with regular rotas and ongoing support from a Care Manager.
