Mediterranean Commis Chef – Open-Brigade Start

Hiddenwell at Hoar Cross Hall in Staffordshire is opening a brand-new 60-cover Mediterranean restaurant. We are seeking an enthusiastic Commis Chef to join the opening brigade and learn from experienced chefs as we build a new kitchen from day one.

This role offers hands-on training across larder, fish, meat, sauces and garnishes, with progression toward Demi Chef de Partie. Salary £28,866.15 per year, 40 hours a week, plus a supportive team and a clear development path.
