Guest Experience Champion – Fun Center Associate

Tenpin is looking for a Customer Service Assistant in Elmbridge to provide an outstanding guest experience. You will manage bookings, answer inquiries, host events, and help run a variety of activities including Laser Arena, Escape Room experiences and karaoke rooms.

The role requires a friendly, proactive approach and reliable team support. Responsibilities include serving food and drinks, keeping the centre clean, and ensuring every visitor has a memorable, safe and enjoyable visit.
