Harnham is seeking a Campaign Selections Consultant for a 12-month FTC in Stratford-upon-Avon. The role focuses on SQL-driven campaign delivery, turning briefs into precise data selections that drive commercial outcomes and customer engagement across multiple product areas.

You will build, automate and run customer selections using SQL, join data from CRM and engagement sources, and collaborate with analytics on testing and measurement. Hybrid work with in-office presence one day per month.
