James & Partners in Wokingham is seeking a Lettings Valuer to join our expanding lettings team. You will manage applicants, conduct valuations, negotiate offers and deliver an exceptional level of service to landlords and tenants.
This role offers a £40,000 basic salary with OTE £55,000–£65,000, a Monday–Friday week with Saturdays on a 1 in 4 rotation, and a range of benefits including commission, extra leave and wellbeing schemes.
