Assistant Manager — Lead Opening Team at a Premium Pub

The Meadow Lark in Trumpington, near Cambridge, opens in late 2026 as a premium pub with rooms. We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Manager to join the opening leadership team and help recruit, develop and inspire the team while delivering outstanding hospitality and memorable guest experiences.

You’ll work alongside the General Manager and Deputy GM, lead shifts, coach front of house, and drive service standards. If you love hospitality and developing people, we’d love to hear from you.
