Modular Data is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own the client relationship across multiple live engagements within the UK public sector. You will chair checkpoints, drive actions to closure, and coordinate delivery with a cross-functional team to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes.
In this role you will grow the account, manage contract milestones, and maintain a strategic view of risks and opportunities, working remotely within the UK and travelling to client sites as needed.
