Shipping Manager- The Role-

• Oversee and manage all shipping operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.




• Develop and implement shipping policies and procedures to optimise efficiency.




• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to streamline logistics processes.




• Monitor and analyse shipping performance metrics, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.




• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company standards.




• Manage and mentor a team of shipping coordinators, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Shipping Manager- The Person-

• Proven experience in a shipping or logistics management role, preferably within the retail or sportswear industry.




• Strong understanding of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.




• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.




• Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite




• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully managing teams.




• A degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
