Aveni is seeking an Enablement / Training Manager to plan and deliver training that turns new users of Aveni Assist and Aveni Detect into confident, everyday power users.

You’ll run onboarding, manage schedules, and nurture adoption across thousands of users and enterprise advisers, building scalable processes and content that drive real business impact.

This role combines content creation, LMS oversight, and cross-functional collaboration to scale enablement in a fast-growing fintech.
