Head of Food Hall Operations

Sainsbury’s is seeking a Lead Food Manager to drive the grocery shop floor alongside the store leadership team. You will lead a small group of food managers, focusing on exceptional customer service and efficient daily operations.

You will assume full accountability for the store in the absence of the store manager, coach colleagues to high standards, and prioritize safety and compliance while delivering an outstanding shopping experience.
