Strategic People Advisor – Remote with Travel (6-Month)

Operose Health is seeking a People Advisor to provide expert HR guidance remotely, with occasional travel to site when required. The role is 37.5 hours per week on a six-month fixed-term contract.

You will advise on performance, absence, conduct, capability, wellbeing, organisational change, and day-to-day queries, and review HR policies to ensure compliance and best practice. You will build strong partnerships across the business and with NHS partners.
