Responsibilities
- Workcloselywiththematterteamtoensurenewtransactionsaresetupoptimallytomeetbothexternalclientandlegalrequirementsandinternalreporting/billingrequirements.
- Assistancewithopeningofnewclients/mattersandgenerationofmatternumbers
- Monitorthesetupofclients/matterstoensurecompliancewiththeregulationsandbilling/ratesrequirements,liaisingwhererelevantwiththeBusinessFinance,RiskManagementandTaxTeams.
- Actioningchangestoclientsandmattersasrequestedbymatterteams
- Assistance with the setup of eBilling clients
- Using the information held within the Practice Management system to assist internal clients (lawyers/secretaries) by responding to their enquiries
- Liaising with the other New Business Intake teams to ensure a joined up and efficient process for the fee earners and PA’s.
