Hybrid Payroll Supervisor — Lead Team, Flexible Hours

Manpower UK in Coventry is seeking a Payroll Supervisor to lead pay runs and payroll benefit administration while supervising a team. The role is permanent, full-time, 40 hours per week, with a hybrid working pattern from our Coventry HQ.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, extensive payroll experience, knowledge of payroll legislation, and proficiency with payroll software (iTrent preferred). GDPR-compliant reporting and attention to detail are essential.
