Trauma-Informed Therapeutic Care Worker (Children’s Home)

Charles Hunter Associates is recruiting a Therapeutic Support Worker for a specialist children’s residential home in Ashford, Kent. The role provides a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment to help children who have experienced trauma heal and grow.

You will work with therapists, education staff and external professionals, support daily routines and behaviour management, and maintain records. Sleep-in duties and weekend shifts are required.
