Job Description:
OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a commercially minded Quantity Surveyor for primarily office-based work on refurbishment and lifecycle replacement projects across the UK, with project values from £50k to £10m. You will manage valuations, payments, variations and final accounts while collaborating with Project Managers and Site Teams.
Essential experience includes NEC/JCT contracts, strong Excel skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach.
