A well established regional law firm acting for businesses and private clients across a wide range of legal work.
The role
You will join the corporate and commercial team, reporting to two partners. You will lead a broad mix of corporate and commercial deals, including mergers and acquisitions, demergers, joint ventures and commercial contracts. You will take the lead on your own client matters, give practical commercial advice, support and train junior lawyers, and play a real part in growing the team through business development.
What you will need
Around 5 years PQE or more in corporate and commercial work (flexible for the right person).
A good spread of transactional and commercial contract experience.
Confidence with clients and the drive to build your own practice.
The role is subject to a DBS check.
