Medical Malpractice Underwriter

Overview

In this role you will underwrite Medical Malpractice business for UK and international clients, across open-market and delegated authority accounts. You will assess and price risks, while actively managing broker relationships and contributing to portfolio development. You will work within an established healthcare team at a London Market insurer, bringing strong technical underwriting and independent risk assessment. The position offers exposure to a broad range of healthcare risks and opportunities to deepen technical expertise within a collaborative environment. This is a chance to shape a growing medical malpractice portfolio and work with cross-border healthcare risks.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite UK and international Medical Malpractice business across open-market and delegated authority accounts
• Assess and price risks for new and renewal business
• Manage broker relationships and service levels
