Senior 2nd Line IT Support Engineer & Mentor – Hybrid

Razorblue Group is seeking a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join our growing tech team in the UK. You will provide remote support for escalated issues, perform onsite troubleshooting when required, and mentor junior engineers to share expertise and improve services.

The ideal candidate has strong customer-facing communication, experience with Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, and Azure AD, and holds relevant certifications or education. A UK driving license is essential.
