Abatec Recruitment is seeking a hands-on Production Assembly Team Leader to guide a small shop-floor team in a busy manufacturing environment. The role combines people leadership with practical involvement on the line to maintain output and standards.
The successful candidate will allocate workloads, monitor quality, support training, and drive continuous improvement while adhering to Health & Safety and 5S. Experience with fabrication, saw operations and hand tools is advantageous.
