Oxford Health is seeking a Rehabilitation Assistant to join the therapy team at Abingdon Community Hospital. The role supports physical rehabilitation within the Oxfordshire Pathway and requires a full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
You will work with the multidisciplinary team, help deliver prescribed treatment programmes, and may be asked to cover other community hospital sites. A DBS check will be undertaken at onboarding, and training is provided.
