Family Engagement Liaison for Student Wellbeing

Lift Clacton is seeking a Family Liaison Officer to strengthen links between the school, families and external agencies. You will identify families needing support and help them access services to improve attendance and engagement with learning.

You will provide guidance on parenting, behaviour and wellbeing, supporting students at risk of exclusion and ensuring their voices are heard. You will work with safeguarding and multi-agency teams to deliver targeted support.
