SEMH Teaching Assistant — Long-Term Support for Young Learners

Monarch Education is seeking an experienced SEMH Teaching Assistant to join a specialist educational setting in Staffordshire, Lichfield. You will support pupils with emotional regulation, behaviour management, engagement in learning, and social development throughout the school day.

Working with teachers, therapists and other staff, you will provide 1:1 and small group support, help implement IEPs, and foster independence and confidence.
