Guardian Homecare’s Basildon – GH team is seeking a compassionate Community Support Worker to visit people in their own homes, support daily routines and help them stay independent with dignity.

No professional care experience is required; transferable skills from customer service are welcome. Training is provided, mileage is paid, and patterns include early, mid and late shifts across the week.
